The testex system, It is designed to identify porosity in plates, and rupture in gaskets. The test can be run on ALL brands that manufacture heat exchangers. How it works? An alkaline chemical is injected through the product feed, and water is injected through the service feed, both liquids at different pressures, and through conductivity sensors determine the leak points or perforations in plates. BENEFITS: Detect cross contamination without disassembling equipment, avoid unnecessary packing change, be more efficient in the process of penetrating inks.
