Unique Circumferential Piston Rotor design produces smooth product flow without destructive pulses or pressure spikes. rotors, made of Alloy -88 patented by Waukesha, can operate with the smallest clearance between rotor and body, without binding or slowing down. The minimum clearances combined with the geometry of the rotor, enables highest efficiency operation, good priming ability = minimum NPSH required and pulsation-free flow. FOR HIGH VISCOSITY FLUIDS Large fluid cavities in rotors allow efficient pumping of high viscosity fluids, creams or even liquids with large chunks or particles. Capacities up to 300 gpm (68.1 m3 / hr) . Optional with steam circulation or some sterile solution in the area of the connection ports, the cover, product sealing areas, thus preventing the entry of micro organisms, bacteria, virus, etc.
